Grasscroft Heights comprises of spacious villas and lodges and arranged over two ‘under-heated’ floors, they are bursting with an exclusive LED interior. ARC Electric were given the opportunity to be a part of this exciting development. With designer plinth lighting, decorative under cupboard lights and integrated appliance wiring, the kitchen area in-particular is something to be highly recognised for. Each of these elegant homes have been individually designed and very carefully thought out. They contain a ‘full house’ ventilation system and a complete integrated TV reception system (IRS). We are extremely delighted to have received nothing but praise from our Client, for all the electrical installations carried out.
